Watched by nearly 9 million people, Sara Danesin Medio impressed the judges with her fiercely Italian and Mediterranean influenced style of cooking; nearly winning the MasterChef 2011 series with a unique twist on a traditional dish - partridge and chocolate ravioli, served with its demi-glace, parmesan and beurre noisette.
