A huge highlight for Ash on the MasterChef series was travelling to Spain and cooking at the 3 Michelin starred restaurant El Celler De Can Roca, voted the world’s best restaurant in 2013. Here he prepared a Spanish inspired lobster and quinoa dish; cooking with the flair and robust flavours that won him the entire competition.
